An Iowa native, Kristen began her professional life in the Windy City, where she launched a successful career in sports marketing and corporate partnerships.

 

In 2012, Kristen started at Octagon working on the MasterCard account, managing US Sports Team sponsorship properties such as; the Chicago Cubs, Boston Red Sox, Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers & MLB, as well as various entertainment and culinary venues including; The Grammys, iHeart Radio Music Festival, NYCWFF, SOBEWFF, Rick Bayless, Graham Elliott and Food Republic.

 

In 2015, she endeavored on a new adventure, both professionally and personally by making the move to Los Angeles, California where she worked on the Taco Bell business, managing many programs such as; the Live Mas Student Section, NBA Live Mas Hysteria, MLB World Series Steal a Base, Steal a Taco and Feed the Beta indie gaming as well as the league partnerships including; the College Football Playoffs, Twitch, NBA and MLB.  She then transitioned to PMK•BNC in 2016 as Brand Marketing Director on the experiential team, primarily working on a large telecomm technology account to develop strategic marketing platforms for the brand carrier experiences.

 

In 2015, Kristen joined as one of the original employees of the newest MLS expansion team, Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC) as Director, Brand and Community - launching a new stadium and professional soccer team in the heart of LA. Since joining, her responsibility and role continued to grow to SVP of Corporate Partnerships & Media Sales, overseeing Partnership Sales, Activation & OOH media. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Kristen also is actively involved in various business operations and general leadership projects within the organization. In 2023, Kristen made a personal move to Denver, CO where she joined the NFL's Denver Broncos Football Club as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, focusing on developing new business development and partnership strategy, as well as founding Camson & Co consulting agency.

When she’s not working, Kristen’s interests include traveling (a mere 14 countries, 26 US states and 6 continents to date), leading an active lifestyle and spending time with friends and family.
